Rules and Regulations

The contract with Claudio Angelim, Rua Gilberto Studart, 753 Brazil, Tel +55(85) 3262-3619 – Email:Claudio@angelim.com.br is formed by the contents of the website along with the following Rules and Regulations statement. Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and responsibilities. All bookings are made subject to these rules and regulations.

1. Reserving the house

Bookings can be made through several ways made available in the website www.villabrisaverano.com:

• Online Form
• Email
• Online Messages
• Telephone/Móbile/Fax

Once we have received your booking information and deposit, we will confirm your stay by issuing an email invoice. Please contact us immediately if any information which appears on the confirmation or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete.

2. Payment

We require a deposit of 20% of the full payment to confirm your stay to be paid at the time of booking.This deposit is not refundable if by any force you fell compelled to cancel your reservation
The balance of the cost can either be paid eletroically prior to your trip or in cash on the day of your arrival. If you fail to pay the full balance cost on those opportunities we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you.
You must pay a security deposit of $200.00 by the same time you pay the balance of your cost. The cost of any damage to the property or its items or any service charges incurred by the people renting the house will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of your stay. If no deductions are required you will be refunded in full by the day of your departure from the property. If the damage cause dor service charges surpaces the security deposit, you will be responsible for paying us the additional ammount before your departure from the property.
We reserve the right to change the prices of accommodation at any time. Naturally, the price of your stay will be confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to correct errors in the price advertised in the websites before booking confirmation.

3. Changes and cancellation by us

Occasionally, we have to make changes on ours/hired website descriptions and other details both before and after bookings have been confirmed and cancel confirmed bookings. Although we always strive to avoid changes and cancellations, we must reserve the right to do so. We apologize but we cannot pay expenses, costs or losses incurred by you as a result of any change or cancellation. Naturally ocasions like this are extremelly rare and cancelation by us should be carried only in casis of severe problems, such as hazardous weather.

4. Our Liability to you

We will not be hold responsible for any personal injury, failure or even death in the case that is not caused by any fault of ours. By fault we mean our failure to use reasonable aptitude and attention in performing or providing the service in question. We won’t be responsible wheather you don’t enjoy your stay or incurred in any losses, expenses or costs you have suffered relate to any business if that reasonable aptitude and attention we assured we would take is not proven otherwise by you.

5. Complaints

In the unlikely event that you have any reason to complain or experience any problems with your stay whilst away, you must immediately inform us. Any verbal notification must be put in writing and given to us as soon as possible. Until we know about a problem or complaint, we cannot begin to resolve it. Most problems can be dealt with quickly. For all complaints and claims which do not involve death, personal injury or illness, we regret we cannot accept liability if you fail to notify the complaint or claim entirely in accordance with this clause.

6. Behaviors

You agree to accept accountability for any damage caused by you or any of your invitetees both to our properties or thirdparties.We expect all clients to have respect for us and other people. If in our reasonable opinion you or any of your invitees behaves in such a way as to cause or be likely to cause danger to any third party or damage to the property, we are entitled, without prior notice, to terminate this contract and make the house available for others.

7. Documentation

Our sister company ImigraBrasil can help you to make arrangements of visa and health requirements, however that’s your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure. You must pay all costs incurred in obtaining such documentation.
